Hamburg, January 29, 2019. HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG has acquired the fully-leased “Office Center Überseestadt” for one of its open real estate special funds from companies of the Gustav Zech Foundation in central city suburbs.
The project location is located about three kilometers west of the Bremen city center and the central station in a central location of Bremen’s Überseestadt, one of the largest urban development projects in Europe. A high-quality equipment and high surface flexibility characterize the architecturally attractive building.
