HanseMerkur Grundvermögen acquires 120 apartments from meravis in Hamburg
Hamburg, September 12, 2019. HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG has acquired a project development of around 11,200 square meters with 120 residential units and 100 underground parking spaces for its open-ended real estate special fund HMG Grundwerte Wohnen PLUS II, which is located within the neighborhood development “Jenfelder Au”.
On the approximately 35-hectare site of the former Lettow-Vorbeck barracks, several building projects will be constructed in multi-storey buildings by 2023, as well as terraced and semi-detached houses with living space for more than 2,000 people.
The rental apartments acquired by HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG are being built both in classic multi-storey apartment buildings and as duplex apartments and townhouses. Completion is planned for the second quarter of 2020.
