Hamburg June 3, 2020. For its open real estate special fund HMG Grundwerte Büro Deutschland III, HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG has acquired the new head office of the Creditreform Group, which is still under construction, from Quantum Immobilien AG.

The approximately 14,200 square meter office building plus parking garage with around 425 parking spaces has been fully let out to Creditreform for 20 years. The credit bureau has been based in Neuss since 1947 and is clearly committed to this location through long-term leasing. The building is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.

The high-quality new office building, designed by the agn Leusmann architecture office, is being built in a representative location at the entrance to the city of Neuss and will shape the city’s entrance in the future. The S-shaped office building welcomes employees as well as guests with a spacious foyer. The CrefoCampus will be characterized by equivalent, flexible and modern office space. In addition to the office complex, a parking garage with 425 parking spaces is being built for Creditreform employees. The entire campus is surrounded by spacious green areas.

Danny Seubert, responsible investment manager at HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG: “Because of its direct proximity to Düsseldorf and the very good infrastructure, Neuss positions itself as a cost-optimized alternative for numerous – including international – companies. The attractive location in connection with a long-term rental agreement and the well-known tenant Creditreform were convincing arguments for an investment in this location. ”
