About Getting Started & the Incentive Program
Who can enrol in TELUS Health Engage?
The programme is available to all employees with networks: GN+, GN, Comprehensive, General Network Plus, and Tiered.
What is the incentive being offered to HanseMerkur customers?
All users with access to the app are eligible to earn diamonds. These are awarded for a range of actions within the app – such as completing your profile or inviting colleagues to join challenges – and for participating in activities like completing sessions.
Additionally, if the app is synchronised with a fitness tracker, users can earn diamonds for external activities such as step counts or exercise minutes. Each activity will display the number of points it earns within the app. Users accumulate points by reaching milestones, completing recurring weekly or monthly tasks, taking part in missions aligned with monthly health themes, and engaging in campaigns. These points are then converted into diamonds, which can be redeemed via the app’s marketplace.
The number of points awarded depends on the activity’s duration, complexity, and difficulty level. Users can choose how to redeem their diamonds – whether for smaller rewards, like planting a tree, or saving up for larger benefits, such as a EUR 100 cash reward.
How do I redeem the reward from the incentive program?
The specific instructions for redeeming the reward will be provided after you register as a HanseMerkur customer within the TELUS Health Engage app.
What if I already have a TELUS Health Engage account?
If you already have a TELUS Health Engage account, you may still be eligible for the HanseMerkur incentive. Contact HanseMerkur customer service to verify your eligibility.
