HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG acquires the office building of the Randstad Germany headquarters in Eschborn

Hamburg, August 4, 2020. HanseMerkur Grundvermögen AG has acquired from Lang & Cie. a new office building, the German headquarters of the globally active recruitment agency Randstad in Eschborn, which is still under construction.

As part of the FrankfurtRheinMain metropolitan region, Eschborn benefits in particular from its close proximity to Frankfurt, the airport and the excellent motorway connection. Numerous well-known companies (e.g. SAP, Deutsche Börse, Ernst & Young) have settled in Eschborn in recent years.

The project development consists of an approx. 14,800 m² office building with parking garage with approx. 440 parking spaces and has been rented to Germany’s leading recruitment agency Randstad for at least 15 years. Project development is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.

Lang & Cie. was advised on the sale by BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The project location is only around a 12-minute drive from the airport and around 15 minutes from the main train station. Thanks to the long-term lease agreement with Randstad, the decision to purchase this high-quality office investment intended for DGNB Gold certification was not difficult.
