To enhance our insured members’ experience we have created a dedicated HanseMerkur Team to operate from within our TPA partner NextCare.
Members will enjoy access to NextCare’s vast networks, and we will still use it’s market leading technology and systems, but with our own proficient team of doctors, claims processors and customer service agents who have been meticulously trained to exclusively support our policies and members.

From now on all policies (new and renewals) will be with Nextcare networks.
